Animal Totems

When you encounter another animal it's incredibly powerful to realise that their perception of us is equally strong and influential as our perception of them. They can hear, see and smell us and have cognitive thoughts about us and our behaviour. Once we realise this, we can open our hearts and listen to the channels of communication. We all love to talk and communicate with our dogs and cats, so why not the "wild" animals that we encounter every day? I listen to what the birds and animals tell me on a daily basis, they help me make decisions, form ideas and heal wounds.
